Unless stated otherwise all products supplied by us are guaranteed to be in working condition and are covered by our 12-month return to base warranty. All warranties are issued by us, not the manufacturer, and will be honoured by us. If the item fails within 12 months from the date of delivery, please return it for a free repair or replacement.

Our liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at our choice, of any such defective product free of charge to our customer. If we decide that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund an amount equal to the sum you originally paid.

In no event shall we be liable for any damages except actual damages up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to us. We shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or loss of profits.

All faulty units will be inspected and tested upon their return. If found not to be faulty, or if the fault was diagnosed to be caused after EU Automation had delivered them, testing fees and penalty charges may be incurred. These will be at the discretion of EU Automation.
