Used EU for provision of Soft Start - after a small delay item turned out to be of major importance and needed ASAP - Alex informed us of whereabouts and availability of express transport that could take up to 20 hours - in fact the item arrived by 8am the following day. Incomplete item received. Customer service was good and order processing was quick, but the item received was only the transmitter from the light curtain and not the transmitter & receiver set. UPDATE Return and credit processed quickly.
