Fantastic experience with this company I made an inquiry on their website regarding an obsolete part. Rep Jordan Hulsey emailed me immediately and explained that they had this part, but it would ship from Germany. I ordered the part and got notification that it had shipped early the next morning. It was delivered and, in my hands, faster than I could buy similar from a US vendor. Will certainly be using them again in the future

Got hold of Sime for a Carrier card for a chiller. Machine down in a factory. Received the new card in express time machine and plant now up and running fantastic service form Sime
